The projects object is central to Project Radar, with numerous related objects associated with it.

The projects hierarchy is deal with using a parent project relationship. This provides the flexibility to have hierarchies as deep as required. A program flag is used to indicate the top level project / program.

Deliverables

Project deliverables are displayed graphically using Google charts and can be bi-directionally integrated with MS Project.

Issues, Risks and Change Requests

Issues, risks and changes requests / variations are tracked against the project and are visible as related lists.

Issues, risks and changes can also be viewed at the enterprise level. This allows executives to view all risks across the entire projects portfolio while management of them is retained at the individual project level.
